Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will use their knowledge of best practices to identify, source and assess profiles to hire top talent for our Real Estate Management Services Group, and build strong partnerships with internal teams. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role will:

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of high caliber candidates for our growing national REMS team.
• Develop an understanding of our industry and our new technology to successfully identify and engage passive talent
• Use social media networks to seek and connect with potential candidates
• Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
• Create recruiting messaging and follow up with candidates
• Contact past applicants for new job opportunities
• Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System
• Regularly over-communicate information such as candidate pipelines, recruiting funnel metrics, and performance data to Talent Acquisition Manager
• Partner with the HR team to build and operationalize processes
• And, of course, other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2 years of corporate and/or search firm talent sourcing experience in a fast paced environment
• Experience sourcing a high volume of candidates in a competitive marketplace
• Experience proactively managing activity in an ATS
• Experience creating content/messaging to engage with passive candidates
• Attention to detail with an unparalleled work ethic
• Tremendously well organized and thorough in tracking notes and activity
• Ability to manage workload in a constantly changing environment
