Attune is Hiring a Remote Revenue Operations Specialist

Job Description

As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of developing, maintaining, and supporting our revenue technology systems, integrations, and platforms both from a technology management/optimization perspective and from a user adoption/productivity perspective. The ideal candidate will be able to strategize and execute sales campaigns, primarily through Outreach, while also being able to analyze the campaigns and use the learnings to improve campaigns on a go forward basis. This person will work closely with our engineering team to help troubleshoot issues the team is facing with sales tools including Outreach and Zendesk Sell.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Outreach ownership and campaign execution:

    • Execute and optimize Outreach campaigns, this may include population sizing and analysis
    • Monitor, report, and analyze campaign performance, deriving insights for continuous improvement.
    • Create and maintain KPIs and reports on marketing and activities, including effectiveness and business impact
    • Work closely with the RevOps and marketing team to implement compelling 1-1 email content to drive better customer engagement for the revenue team as well as to ensure alignment and efficiency in campaign efforts.
  • Tech Stack Ownership & Implementation:

    • Be the in-house specialist for tools such as Allego, Outreach, Segment and Zapier tech.
    • Oversee the administration and maintenance of our revenue tech platforms, ensuring smooth operations
    • Drive integrations and automation efforts to improve process efficiency.
  • Solutioning and Troubleshooting:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting RevOps related challenges.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting Sales team related tech challenges
    • Develop and implement effective solutions in response to identified challenges:

Qualifications

  • 2 years of Revenue Operations experience 
  • Detail oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Hands-on experience with Outreach, Zapiertech, Zendesk Sell and similar tools.
  • Experience building visual process flows with tools like Miro and/or other diagramming tools. Process orientated/diagnostic thought process – you are self-motivated to investigate and identify root causes.
  • Track and report on campaign progress. Create and maintain KPIs and reports on marketing and activities, including effectiveness and business impact
  • Superior problem-solving skills and the ability to apply judgment on when to flag and escalate issues. Proactively surface risks or dependencies and partner to develop ideas to navigate roadblocks
  • Identify and address inefficiencies in our tech setup, focusing on process improvement and cleanup. Create user documentation for seamless transitions to new releases and applications

The anticipated base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 per year, depending upon the individual's unique qualifications and experience. Additionally, this role offers the potential for a bonus.
