Traba is searching for a detailed and process-oriented Revenue Systems Operations to oversee and carefully develop, maintain, and optimize all automated marketing campaigns, and manage related tools.

As the System Administrator for our key platforms, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring data governance and integrity for our critical prospect, partner, and customer databases. Your expertise will directly contribute to our ability to leverage data effectively, driving business growth and operational excellence. 

Your efforts will bolster our marketing and sales infrastructure, ensuring seamless contact and account management and revenue generation processes.

What You Will Do:

  • Ensure complete data accuracy across platforms, focusing on effective segmentation and utilization for business management and growth.
  • Oversee the end-to-end email production process in Marketo, encompassing planning, asset creation, audience segmentation, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
  • Govern, manage, and administer Salesforce and Marketo systems, including automation, campaign design, and database hygiene.
  • Maintain and enhance our solutions architecture, supporting the marketing and sales functions through strategic integrations and efficient system workflows.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs and campaigns, optimizing lead acquisition, pipeline management, and reporting processes.
  • Work closely with Finance, Revenue Ops, and Marketing to ensure alignment with corporate structures, campaign deliverables, and system enhancements.
  • Provide first-line support for internal users, contribute to the marketing knowledge base, and engage in continuous improvement of our GTM systems and processes.
What You Will Need:
  • 2 years of professional experience at a fast growth company in a customer success, business support or similar role
  • Proven ability to balance multiple critical tasks, work under pressure, and consistently deliver against deadlines
  • An ownership mentality and strong work ethic that you bring to work every day
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a strong customer empathy and care for our workers
  • Customer management skills, including problem-solving, setting customer expectations, and building customer relationships
  • Grit and willingness to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on
  • Attention to detail balanced with swift execution
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
  • Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills
We're looking for:
  • 3 years of marketing automation experience using Marketo
  • 3 years of expertise in Salesforce usage and marketing administration, especially in building Salesforce dashboards and setting up campaign attribution programs.
  • Ability to design, test, document, deploy, and maintain third-party integrations with Salesforce.
  • Ability to design and deploy effective reporting and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and attribution.
  • Understanding of the relationship between a marketing automation platform and Salesforce, and how campaigns/data is synced, as well as the field mapping processes
  • Understand business operations issues and figure out how to build it within Salesforce and the systems that touch Salesforce
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS
  • Proficiency in Apex
  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience

$100,000 - $120,000 a year
We offer competitive base compensation aligned to tier-one markets. As an early stage startup, a meaningful amount of total compensation is in our equity. Our estimated salary for this role at Traba ranges from $100,000 to $120,000. Actual pay is determined by multiple factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and market demand.
