Directly reporting to the CEO, your responsibilities are :

1- Administrative / Office Manager (50%)

• Answer phone calls, sort and distribute incoming mails, arrange and send out outgoing mails.
• Order office supply and services
• Communicate with vendors for building and facility maintenance.
• Other general affairs to support the overall office operations.

2- Accountant Assistant (50%)

• Daily journal entries on Quickbooks and account reconciliation
• Payroll entry on Paychex weekly
• Submit clients' invoices and vendors' payments
• Assist wit hHR related questions and maintain employees' records
• Assist company's accountant when needed
