Position Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: New York, NY 10004
Duration: 24 Months
Work Schedule: M-F 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Performs tracking and monitoring of key program deliverables and reports those metrics to senior leadership.
Manages file structure for Research & Innovation Division and ensures that records are in their appropriate place.
Monitors the Research & innovation Division's shared mailbox for internal and external engagement.
Coordinates the process for the Research & Innovation Division's external engagement program.
Assists with project management tasks as needed to support the Research & Innovation Division's innovation policy activities.
Attends meetings and takes notes as necessary.
Provides briefings and status updates to executive staff and other parties.
Other duties as assigned.

To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]
3 years of experience as a project management specialist.
Proven strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Must have computer proficiency on Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook & Word.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• 8 hour shift
