We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager who will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing the showroom, and ensuring the attainment of net sales and revenue goals. The role involves effective communication and supervision of all employees, development and implementation of sales strategies, and fostering a positive customer experience. Additionally, the Sales Manager will play a key role in business development, including showroom promotions, advertising, marketing, and maintaining professional knowledge. A successful Sales Manager must have the skills and talent to motivate a team of people in setting and achieving personal or team performance goals.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of related sales and management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to lead, motivate, and train showroom staff. The candidate should also demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office products, knowledge of general computer operations, and familiarity with other approved proprietary operating system software. Strategic thinking, organizational support, and ethical conduct are crucial competencies for success in this role. The Sales Manager will be instrumental in building relationships with external stakeholders, such as realtors, property managers, contractors, and trade organizations, contributing to the overall success of the team.
