As a Solar Sales Manager Trainee, you will:

• Sales Mastery: Begin your journey by learning the ins and outs of our products/services and honing your sales skills through hands-on experience.
• Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients in Oahu, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our seasoned executive team to gain insights and mentorship.
• Leadership Development: Gradually assume leadership responsibilities, leading by example and eventually coaching and managing a team of your own.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor your progress and set clear goals for your career advancement.
