We are seeking an experienced sales coach/trainer with prior success in retail sales. A successful Sales Manager must have the skills and talent to motivate a team of people in setting and achieving personal or team performance goals.
You must have excellent communication skills, be able to work any day (including weekends and holidays), and have the willingness and ability to do all required duties which include assist in the overall store management, supervision, and policy implementation; monitor and manage financial paperwork; assist in employee staffing, training, development and performance evaluation; and more.
A four-year college degree and a minimum of two years of retail sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is preferred. Must be proficient with computers and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
