American Floor & Home is Hiring a HR/Payroll Specialist Near Honolulu, HI

We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and highly organized to fill the HR/Payroll Specialist position. This position will process and maintain the weekly/semi-monthly payroll and maintain employee records as well as perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization’s HR Department. If you are able to fulfill the following requirements, you too could be a part of the team, our organization, and an employee owner:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and other computer applications.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications.
  • Flexible, results-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently, yet cooperatively with all team members.
  • Willingness to have a positive impact on the company’s culture and direction.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
  • Access to vehicle, valid driver’s license, and acceptable driving record.
  • Willingness and ability to perform all required duties and additional duties as needed.

This is a Full-time, non-exempt position.
