Position: Customer Service Specialist

Location: Honolulu, HI

Experience: At least 1-2 years of customer service experience; Experience in a medical clinic and in holistic care and/or treatment is a plus!

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Type: Part-time; Temp to Hire

Schedule: To be discussed during the interview, but must be able to work 20-30 hours a week

Pay: $20/hour

Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking Customer Service Specialists to join our growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Answer phones and book appointments
• Greet patients/get to know our patients
• Pulling patient files and returning them in alphabetical order
• Communication with the team continuous during the day
• Checking payments and counts of treatment

Position Requirements:

• Able to comprehend verbal and written instructions
• Excellent customer service, speaking clearly and loudly (some geriatric patients), energetic on the phone, greeting patients as they arrive
• Must be responsible, respectful, reliable, dependable and manage their time wisely
• Must physically assist patients with disabilities (i.e., with assistive devices such as wheelchairs, canes, and walkers)
• Must have current 2-step TB
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Ability to be flexible with schedule
