WAGE SCALE: $60,000-$65,000

• Managing roofing jobs and providing oversight of all phases of projects
• This includes but is not limited to;
  • Direct interaction with General Contractors Project Managers and Superintendents
  • Processing submittals,
  • Utilizing current staff to coordinate workers, material and equipment
  • Ensuring that specifications are being followed and that work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with new and current customers.
• Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.

• A 4-year college degree or related work experience
• Requires good verbal and written communications skills and a professional manner in dealing with customers and employees
• Valid HI Driver’s License
• Willingness and aptitude to be taught the skills/knowledge of a Project Manager
