Product Support Specialist
Provides technology support to IBEAM Software’s asset management clients communicating with both internal and external IBEAM clients with technical inquiries.
This is an in-person, in-office position working in our corporate office in Nashville, TN.
- Builds, maintains, and leverages strong relationships with internal and external customers to influence solution adoption, creating strong support in driving technical solutions.
- Manages and maintains the IBEAM technology ticketing system including communicating with internal and external customers and clients with updates regarding technical needs.
- On-boards new clients and assist with implementing the technology in the client’s environment at the desired scale.
- Develops knowledge across entire suite of products and service offerings, becoming a SME and technical liaison for clients.
- Other duties as assigned.
- HS Diploma is required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar from an accredited college or university is preferred.
- 3 years experience in providing information technology support and onboarding clients to new platforms is required.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, along with a professional demeanor and presentation.
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Must have predictable attendance.
- The ability to remain alert and engaged.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position during shift.
- Must be able to complete tasks in a noisy environment.
- Must be able adhere to process protocol and to apply established protocols in a timely manner.
- Ability to follow policies and procedures.
- Ability to read, write, and interpret information.
- Move equipment and objects up to 30 pounds.
