Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Administration and Customer Service Coordinator. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the administrative processes related to vehicle acquisition, preparation, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Acquisition and Preparation:
  • Coordinate with auction houses to deal with inspections and arbitrations.
  • Collaborate with the service department to oversee vehicle preparation, including detailing and minor repairs.
  • Source parts from different vendors or markets.
  • Customer Service:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer repair requests and inquiries.
  • Facilitate service appointments and provide accurate estimates for repair costs.
  • Ensure clear communication with customers throughout the repair process, addressing concerns and providing updates as needed.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain meticulous records of vehicle inventory, transactions, and repair orders.
  • Assist in financial management tasks such as invoicing and billing.
  • Ensure our website has the right inventory and photos updated at all times.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate positive relationships with customers, prioritizing their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly, striving to exceed expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in automotive administration, customer service, or related fields preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with automotive industry terminology and processes is advantageous.

Hours/Schedule:
Monday through Friday from 8am-6pm
