The Home Health Clinical Support Specialist Position

We are seeking a Clinical Support Specialist for our Nashville office . This person will be responsible for supporting the Case Manager with managing and coordinating home care services from admission to discharge.

QUALIFICATIONS for the Clinical Support Specialist :

• Two or more years home health experience required
• One or more years EMR experience preferred
• Must be computer proficient
• Must be self-motivated and customer service oriented
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening
