We are looking for a responsible administrative assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing professional and prompt support to clients, visitors, and office staff. MUST be able to multitask, this is a busy office and fast paced.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities

· Answer and Direct Phone calls. MUST be able to provide polite and professional communication to callers.

· Greet all visitors

· Prepare and manage daily schedule for sales staff and job site staff

· Order office supplies

· Receive and apply customer payments

· Assist sales team by providing daily updates on project statuses

· Write and respond to emails on behalf of other team members

· Carry out small duties such as filing, copying, scanning

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
