About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant in Irving, TX. As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to management teams and senior executives. Some responsibilities may include meeting coordination, supplies and equipment ordering, assistant coordination, payroll for staff eligible for overtime, overtime reports, handling calls and preparing correspondence, establishing and implementing office procedures, and acting as an information source on company policies. In this role, you will: Support performance and overall effectiveness of team in performing moderately complex to complex administrative tasks Be responsible for compiling information, preparing moderately complex reports, and balancing routine general ledger lines or expense accounts Perform complex administrative, transactional, operational, or customer support tasks Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of more experienced level administrative work as well as ongoing ad hoc and project or business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reports Provide administrative supervision and support to managers in the areas of reporting, client or business documentation Interact with immediate Administrative Assistant team, functional area, and internal peers regarding routine administrative tasks Support multiple senior leaders with daily administrative tasks and interact with more experienced leaders across the organization Required Qualifications: 4 years of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Knowledge of Concur or similar expense management and travel systems Proficiency with Office 365 Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Workday, Salesforce, SharePoint and a high aptitude for learning new software and systems Proficiency with meeting platform systems Microsoft Teams Ability to complete tight deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail A big-picture mindset, not for the sake of completing tasks, but devising long-term high-quality solutions Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information Well organized with a proven ability to prioritize effectively Effective and concise communication and interpersonal skills both in-person and virtually Proven ability to make independent decisions and pivot between responsibilities Identify ways to improve tasks and processes to ensure timely completion, and offer ideas on trends, workflow, and presentation design Strong analytical skills Experience with reporting/manipulating data/trending Strong collaboration and partnering skills Knowledge and/or ability to understand of Enterprise policy, process, and procedures Job Expectations: This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship Must be able to report to the physical location according to hybrid schedule.
