The Director of Human Resources will serve as the right-hand person to the Chief Operating Officer who oversees human resources, recruitment, logistics, office and building management. While the Human Resources Director will help as needed with these departments there will be an emphasis on helping manage and develop the human resources and recruitment programs including: recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee hiring and termination, benefits, training, employee relations, and company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, they will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.

• Assist with full-cycle of recruitment efforts; job descriptions, job postings, scheduling of interviews, initial interviews, reference calls, background checks, and offer letters drafts.
• Develop and help oversee new hire orientation, new hire guide, employee onboarding efforts as well as assist in the employee offboarding process.
• Aid in staff retreats, staff trainings, and staff event planning, employee recognition programs, introductions to new employees, etc.
• Assist with benefits and technology administration and enrollment/removals
• Help with handbook changes, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including midyear and annual review compliance and management.
• Learn and understand the logistics team processes and procedures.
• Help with vendor and client management, review, analysis, and suggestions for improvements or changes (i.e. office supplies, IT, benefits, Netsuite, etc).
