LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a corporate office in South Phoenix, AZ that is looking for an Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator to add to the team. This is a in-office position with the potential to go hybrid down the road. Must be local to the Phoenix, AZ area. This is a full-time Monday through Friday Contract to Hire position. Pay Range $25 to $28 per hour depending on experience.
As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and efficiency of our Human Resources Department, specializing in full-cycle recruitment. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including documentation review, talent acquisition support, onboarding, scheduling, and compliance activities. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and knowledge of HR best practices will ensure the smooth operation of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Safeguard and uphold the confidentiality and integrity of HR Department information.
Conduct regular reviews and audits of HR documentation and processes to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate and administer activities related to new hires, changes, and terminations.
Assist with talent acquisition efforts, including conducting orientations and updating records for new hires.
Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events, maintaining the team's agenda.
Assist with auditing and preparing employee performance reviews.
Support improving recruitment processes and ensuring overall compliance.
Handle internal and external HR inquiries from employees.
Produce reports on general HR activity.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of previous HR experience required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR Software required.
Familiarity with USA Employment Law and regulations.
Knowledge of HR best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
