Overview:
The job is majority remote with some in person events. The only requirements are having internet, a good phone voice, and basic computer skills.
The main role of the position will be calling and setting appointments with clients. You will get a list of contacts and call each one to gauge their interest level, take notes, and schedule the further appointment. My business also involves ecommerce, social media, and media production / in person events and paid tasks here will come up as well frequently for the scheduling appointing there is no base pay, but it is a high ticket investment item we are selling so your commission for scheduling is minimum $500.00 commission per close.

Duties:
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and gather information for various projects
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Social Media Posting / Scheduling
Qualifications:
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Strong proofreading and editing skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Professional phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems
- Previous experience as a clerk or in an administrative role is a plus
