▶ About This Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as an Enterprise Account Manager. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing strategic partnerships, and providing exceptional account management to our key clients. Your expertise will contribute to expanding our market presence and achieving our revenue goals.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Engage regional chains, large franchisees, and national brands in strategic growth conversations
  • Develop and grow your book of business, fostering relationships with C-suite as well as growth, operations, and marketing leads to secure new business
  • Create account plans that map external stakeholders while crafting messaging strategy, driving engagement and pipeline growth
  • Execute strategy with precision and speed to manage mult-threaded stakeholder opportunities and moving quickly down funnel
  • Negotiating commercial terms and creatively identifying additional avenues to drive value as we build from the ground up
  • Help create playbooks, educate internally, and drive forward operational improvements that continually raise the experience for 7now customers
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketplace Growth, Product, Operations, and Sales teams, driving the needs of our customers, influencing the roadmap as we evolve.

EDUCATION: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree

YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 6 years

YEARS OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE: NA

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • At least 6 years of combined experience in business development, sales, and account management, preferably focusing on enterprise clients and sales cycles.
  • Intense desire to succeed and attention to detail
  • Expert communication and interpersonal skills
