The Account Manager, Concierge Services will be responsible for executing premium experiences with first-class customer service for clients and partners across full-service tailgating, championship events, corporate relationships, and College Football Playoff National Championship. This position will work through a best-in-class training program to develop the skill set needed to succeed in the sports industry through sales and service outreach and product training. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will assist in the execution of an overall sales to service handoff process to be implemented across multiple verticals to include the support in the development and implementation of a continuous client service training strategy that consist of non-sales related touchpoints and relationship building. These services will be packaged and executed across multiple verticals. 

Full-Service Tailgating: 

  • Alumni Associations: 
  1. Responsible for working with the local property tailgate team on the activation of Alumni Association builds and events when the event inventory, assets, and experiences fall in line with normal property tailgate fulfillment requirements. 
  2. Responsible for the planning, design, set-up, audio-visual, food and beverage and all activation for Alumni Association builds and events across all full-service tailgating properties, when the event requires inventory, assets, and experiences beyond the scope of work for the property tailgating team. Collaborates with the Events Team, when necessary, especially if event reaches 1,000 guests. 
  3. Responsible for the successful management and execution of said events, including in person activation and execution. 
  4. Responsible for the planning, design, set-up, audio-visual, food and beverage and all activation for Alumni Association builds and events, when events take place on a non-REVELXP site. Collaborates with the Events Team, when necessary, especially if event reaches 1,000 guests. 
  5. Responsible for the successful management execution of said events, including in-person activation and execution. 
  6. Responsible for the preparation and communication of post-event follow-ups with clients. 

Championship Service (Conference Championships and Tournaments, Bowl Games): 

  • Works closely with sales team on the sales to service handoff related to tickets, parking passes, hotel rooms and all other fulfillment details of the sales package. 
  • Responsible for successfully creating and managing an organized, efficient, and effective ticket manifest. 
  • Assists with the creation and maintenance of event’s micro-site to include all details and logistics for REVELXP events and know before you go information. This includes day-to-day changes, as well as ensuring accurate and easy to follow information is on the site. Additionally responsible for consistent communication to clients regarding access to the site. 
  • Responsible for managing check-in/registration process for event day with all other premium events team members. 
  • Responsible for outreach to alumni groups for pre-game tailgate event. 
  • Responsible for the planning, design, set-up, audio-visual, food and beverage and all activation for Alumni Association builds and events, when events take place on a non-REVELXP site. Collaborates with the Events Team, when necessary, especially if event reaches 1,000 guests. 
  1. Responsible for the successful execution of said events, including in-person activation and execution. 

College Football Playoff National Championship: 

  • Assists with the creation and maintenance of event’s micro-site to include all details and logistics for REVELXP events and know before you go information. This includes day-to-day changes, as well as ensuring accurate and easy to follow information is on the site. Additionally responsible for consistent communication to clients regarding access to the site. 
  • Responsible for successfully creating and managing an organized, efficient, and effective ticket and asset manifest. 
  • Responsible for the transfers and distribution of all game ticket, party pass and parking passes. 
  • Assists with client gifting distribution. 
  • Assists with suite drops to include, but is not limited to: 
  1. Client gifting and corporate décor, approved by College Football Playoff 
  2. Game programs 
  3. Playoff Premium 
  • Assists with registration and check-in for all Playoff Premium events throughout the national championship weekend.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3-4 years of client service and client engagement experience. 
  • Effectively communicate in verbal and written forms with executives on all levels of organizations (REVELXP and external clients). 
  • A passion and ability to serve others, as this is a primary function of this position. 
  • Strong time management and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to understand event budgets and EBITDA targets. 
  • Knowledge of sports and the excitement surrounding in-person events. 
  • Self-motivation that drives individual results while being a strong team player. 
  • Possess a high energy, strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive “can-do” attitude via the phone and in person. 
  • Ability and understanding that travel, including over weekends and holidays is expected.
