We proudly provide the best possible physical, social, and spiritual care for our older adult residents...but we need your help.The Director of Human Resources role plans, develops, and administers the Personnel and Labor Relations Program within the basic policies of the Agency. Formulates, implements, and supervises policies and programs relative to selection, orientation, training, promotion, and welfare of all personnel and all employer-employee relationships.
