Inclusively is partnering with a Technology Services Provider to hire a HR Business Partner.

ABOUT INCLUSIVELY:

Inclusively is a digital tech platform that connects candidates with disabilities, who may benefit from workplace accommodations, to inclusive employers. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Functions as the Trusted Advisor to the business and responsible for employee relations, performance management, compensation, job architecture, as well as employee and leadership coaching.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Administration of HR policies and procedures, current state, local and federal regulations, and corporate objectives and providing guidance and education to employees and managers.
  • Conduct investigations related to policy violations, misconduct, or other circumstances that may result in disciplinary action.
  • Point of contact for EEOC and other employment claims.
  • Collaborates with other HR functional areas (Talent Acquisition, Learning and Employee Development, HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Excellence, etc.) in the advancement of key HR initiatives within the departments they support.
  • Conducts exit interviews and all procedural tasks for terminated employees.
  • Miscellaneous HR related projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Human Resources field with an emphasis on employee relations.
  • Generalist and/or Business Partner experience strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates, preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • PHR Certification preferred.
  • Previous experience with HRIS software; ADP preferred.
  • Strong understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, follow-up, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Less than 10% travel
