Your Role: Joint Venture IT Business Partner & US Procurement Lead You'll provide technical leadership and project management expertise, partnering with North America Joint Venture Business partners. Your focus will be on center integration, tech support, and SQL design enhancements. Keep the University updated on Joint Venture tech projects, tackle break/fix issues, and ensure smooth hardware transitions for North America staff. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement data system integrations and ETL operations. Provide technical leadership for SQL design enhancements and maintenance. Ensure US-wide tech support for hardware procurement needs. Collaborate with Joint Venture Center leadership to align IT initiatives with business objectives. Drive customer success through effective communication and problem-solving. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and CRM systems. Strong project management and technical leadership skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Compensation: $75,000-85,000 (depending on experience).
