The Novvia Group company, a leader in industrial packaging with locations across the United States and Canada, currently has an opening for a full-time Human Resource Representative (Generalist) to be on-site at their facility in St. Louis, MO.

This position is an important part of the HR team, and helps ensure the long-term success of Novvia by interacting with all employees and leaders to help with HR needs throughout the organization. This role will be responsible for various company/employee related human resource duties, including employee relations and engagement activities, payroll (Paylocity), insurance/benefit administration, recruiting, hiring and onboarding, staffing, performance reviews and coaching, etc.. The position requires solid computer skills - Excel, Word, etc...

The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years of experience in a wide variety of human resource generalist duties, and be comfortable being onsite interacting team members at all levels of the organization. This role is primarily and in-office role, with some possibility of hybrid work once the new person is up-to-speed.
