Administrative Assistant/HR Opening!
30-35 Hrs. per week..
Pay between $20-$25 depending on experience.
Our client Is seeking a candidate who is:
Organized
Good with paperwork
Knowledge in accounting - Prepare purchase orders and placing orders.
Self-Starter
Knowledge of Excel and SAP
Prepare confidential HR records.
Become keeper of all quality paperwork and manuals
Deal with donation requests.
Assist in “on-boarding” new associates.
Complete payroll – balance for input – and maintain records.
