They help business owners grow their companies from a 360-degree perspective, including operations, marketing, finance, and people. They are looking for a Sales Manager who shares this same mission to help their sales team reach their full potential in this season of growth.
We are looking for a Sales Manager who has sales closing experience in the online high-ticket space selling coaching, consulting, or DWY or DFY online programs, preferably in b2b or biz opp space and has experience leading a top performing sales team. We would like someone who is familiar with the Cardone brand and Cole Gordon's sales training (or equivalent gurus/ training)
Role:
- Lead a team of 10 sales reps and high performers selling b2b coaching packages and event enrollment
- Conduct sales meetings, 1:1's, and call reviews
- Ensure the team is consistently hitting projections and KPIs
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
- Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition
Compensation: $ 250k-$300k /year ($50k-$70k base commissions bonuses)
Requirements:
- Must have a proven track record as a top performing individual contributor in a b2b sales role
- Must have experience leading high performing sales professionals
- Must have familiarity with Grant Cardone and his brands
- Must be familiar with or invested in sales training in the online high-ticket coaching and consulting space including Jeremy Miner, Cole Gordon, Andy Elliot etc.
- Must be in or willing to relocate to Scottsdale, AZ.
