We are currently looking for a highly motivated and driven leader to join our Store Sales team in N. Scottsdale. In this role, you will lead a small team in our highest volume store to grow our existing contractor customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve goals and objectives
• Drive business development initiatives to increase market share
• Manage and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for growth
• Lead a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships through effective account managements
• Conduct sales activities to expand the customer base
• Negotiate agreements with clients
• Provide technical sales support to staff and customers as needed

Required Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of experience in the lighting or electrical distribution industry supervising a counter sales team
• Proven experience in sales, account management, and business development
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance metrics
• Ability to manage and motivate a team towards achieving goals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of CRM or ERP software is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus

Physical Demands:

• Ability to perform basic warehousing duties, and interact with various products shelving, pallets, etc.
• Physical conditioning to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Capable of lifting up to 40lbs
• Ability to read and comprehend small print
