Resort Membership/Restaurant Sales Administrator/Manager Are you a fun, outgoing and energetic person? The Scottsdale Resort and Spa is completing a $40 million upgrade to the resort, and is opening a brand-new fitness center and three meal restaurant. The resort is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team in a newly created sales position focusing on dual selling aspects at the resort:
Fitness Center Membership Sales
Restaurant Private Events and Large Party Sales
Responsibilities:
Actively promote and sell gym memberships and private dining opportunities to individuals, families and corporate clients.
Proactively uncover opportunities in the local market including presentations at HOA meetings, community events, and local organizations.
Conduct tours to showcase amenities and highlight the value of resort offerings.
Utilize effective sales techniques to meet or exceed monthly membership targets.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and food and beverage departments to offer promotions for corporate events, celebrations, weddings, and more.
Assist in planning and executing promotional events to attract new members and guests.
Maintain accurate records of sales and production
Qualifications:
Familiarity with event planning and logistics is required
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality, membership or restaurant industry.
Outgoing, energetic, fun and creative.
Strong presentation skills
Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
