The Role
WR is searching for a Vice President, Operations. The VP of Operations will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing the operational landscape of WR. This leadership position requires dynamic and strategic thinking to oversee project execution from design conceptualization through customer installation. The VP of Operations is responsible for fostering a culture of operational excellence, driving improved profitability and project margin, ensuring seamless collaboration between departments, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

What success will look like
A successful Vice President, Operations will cultivate business relationships with other departments within WR and provide positive and effective representation with internal and external customers of our business.
Qualifications and/or Experience
The preferred candidate will hold a secondary degree from an accredited college or university in business or a related field; or a minimum of 5 years in business management or equivalent combination of education or experience.

Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, compensation for this role is market competitive, including a annual base salary range of $110,000-$125,000. All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

Work Environment and Physical/Mental Demands
The position requires working typically in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as office phone/smartphone, computer/laptop/computer keyboard/mouse, photocopiers, filing cabinets and printers. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Ability to visit and move around at construction and other customer/work sites, wearing appropriate safety protective gear. Ability to lift, carry, and otherwise transport work related materials that frequently weigh up to 10 lbs. and that may occasionally weigh more than 25 lbs. Ability to work with numbers, research complex issues and resolve problems. Requires more advanced mathematical skills to understand spatial requirements and in doing bids. Must be able to read and comprehend complex written material, as well as ability to analyze, compare, evaluate, reconcile, and order data.
