THE POSITION:

STACK is looking for a Vice President, Process & Compliance is responsible for developing, maintaining and improving the Company’s overall compliance posture, and supporting teams who have specific compliance obligations such as SOC2, ISO27001, ISO27018, PCI, HIPAA.

Develop a thorough understanding of the compliance landscape and client obligations across the STACK platform, globally .
Direct technology, data center operations and vendor teams in developing and maintaining SOC2, ISO 27001, ISO27018, PCI, HIPAA and Privacy compliance amongst other requirements.
Work with internal and external teams, including Treasury, EHS, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Public Affairs and HR to map out compliance landscape and identify risk areas or gaps, and work with teams to strategize roadmaps to achieve and monitor compliance with all applicable contractual and regulatory obligations.
Support teams who are establishing or maintaining the control environment that will meet the requirements of policy, certification, and regulatory requirements at STACK.
Recommend compliance solutions as required to ensure that STACK services and operational compliance initiatives are successful.
Work with partners to support audits, ensuring that scope, planning and criteria for assessment are agreed on behalf of Auditor and STACK (SOC2, ISO27001).
Assist technology, information security and operational teams with developing and maintaining risk management processes that provide input into compliance activities.
Provide support to technology, information security and operational teams through ongoing training and awareness activities of compliance requirements in their area.
Provide compliance oversight to functional owners who are embarking on technical and operational projects that could impact their compliance status.
Execute periodic control effectiveness checks & verifications as required (SOC2, ISO27001).
Ensure STACK’s compliance with all lease and other contractual requirements.

THE DETAILS:

Location: Denver, CO – in-office 4 days per week
Travel: domestically up to 20%
Compensation: $130,000 - $145,000 bonus
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must pass comprehensive background screening

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or related field.
7 years of experience in project/program management, including compliance management focus in the areas of SOC2, ISO27001, PCI, HIPAA and Privacy Management.
Demonstrated track record of delivering impactful compliance solutions or programs in Service Provider industry.
Analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
Cross-functional partnership skills and the experience influencing and align parties.
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing audit plans as well as compliance controls.
Experience in developing and implementing processes and procedures responsive to control points.
