Walters Group is a beverage manufacturer that distributes its products throughout North America. Our company has a vast customer base that is extensive and growing.

We are recruiting an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. We are looking for someone who is both detail oriented and highly organized. We have a vast network of distributors and distribution centers that we work with and a large number of suppliers and vendors that support us.

This hire will be responsible for both managing and participating in the entry of all accounts payable documents. Those documents are received both digitally and in paper form. The accounts payable invoices are classified into 3 different categories - Invoices associated with a corresponding purchase order, invoices associated with a corresponding work order, and invoices pertaining to neither (such as utilities and professional services).

Additionally this hire will be responsible for:

• auditing and managing expense reporting each month
• managing vendor W9 forms and COI documentation for all vendors
• managing and processing maintenance purchase orders
• reconciling vendor statements
• reconciling A/P invoice disputes

Candidates must have the following:

• 2 years of Accounts Payable experience is required.
