Agilix Solutions is Hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist Near St. Louis, MO
Agilix Solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The Accounts Payable Specialist role requires a detail-oriented individual that will coordinate distribution of invoices received, respond to vendor correspondences, and enter invoices for payment.
The Accounts Payable Specialist will report to the Accounts Payable Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Manage department email box and direct invoices received to the appropriate destination
- Communicate with vendors over outstanding items
- Review vendor statements and resolve issues with missing invoices
- Data entry of a high volume of vendor invoices
- Index invoices within the company’s automated accounts payable software
- Working closely with our branch offices and internal teams to ensure invoices are received, approved, entered, and processed for payment timely.
- Assist with other departmental duties and projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years Accounts Payable experience
- Detail-oriented individual
- Abstract thinker
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Quick learner with computer software packages
