We are looking to hire an Accounts Payable Assistant for our Corporate Headquarters in St. Louis, MO.
Primary Responsibilities
- Contact all assigned vendors for W9 information.
- Enter per diems weekly.
- Set up all HH2 Users
- Responsible for taking all vendor calls and inquiries.
- Process credit applications for Overhead Payable Manager's review
- Review AP statements
- Support KCG and KRS data entry responsibilities
- Process invoices that come through via email
- Receive and process mail.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1 year of accounts payable experience, preferred.
- HH2 experience, a plus
- Construction accounting experience, a plus
- Vendor administration and 1099 experience, a plus
