Office Manager
Suntrup Ford Westport seeks an enthusiastic individual to lead our Administrative Office. The ideal candidate will be an integral part of a three-person team that supports a new Ford dealership. Experience with supervision, payroll, title processing, AR, AP, HR admin, CDK, and spreadsheets would shorten your learning curve, but are not required. The atmosphere in Westport is light but productive. The ideal candidate is bright, organized, optimistic and responsible. This is a full time, day time job with benefits. | Perform monthly financial statement close | |
| Submit factory financials to manufacturer | |
| Sales Tax Return (Quarterly) | |
| Manage office staff | |
| Train office staff | |
