Walters Balido & Crain is seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant for their Dallas office. This person will assist our accounting and billing department. The ideal candidate must have high respect for confidentiality and discretion, pay close attention to detail, be dependable and a highly motivated self-starter. This is not a hybrid/remote position.

Skills and requirements include but are not limited to the following:

• Proven work experience in a similar role;
• Filing, copying, scanning documents;
• Assist with credit card matching backup with monthly statements;
• Assist with the processing of all invoices and checks for payment;
• Organize and maintain documents;
• Work collaboratively with billing coordinators to ensure proper policies and procedures are being followed;
• Assist with submission of electronic billing invoices;
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing other related duties as needed; and
• Various other administrative duties.

Qualifications:

• Experienced with Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ledes file experience a plus
• Knowledge of eBilling Hub a plus
• Superior customer service skills and a team player
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment

Must pass background.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
