As a Sales Development Representative with VTS, you will use your creative thinking to help us build our sales pipeline, increase deal velocity, and ultimately increase revenue. You'll be partnered with a few Account Executives and will have unprecedented access to our full consultative sales cycle. Your days will include a mix of research, outreach, collaboration, and education. In six months, you'll know you're a success when you are an expert at identifying opportunities for VTS in your accounts and assigned commercial real estate market, you're able to partner cross-functionally with our account executives and marketing team to offer custom campaigns to target those opportunities, and you're filling our pipeline or reducing time to close on our deals.
To thrive in this role, you should have prior experience in consultative sales or with a creative agency, working on bespoke campaigns. You should have a growth mindset both for VTS and for yourself.
