Maintaining a Clean and Sanitary Work Station Area

Proper Plate Presentation and Garnish Set Up
Handling, Storing, and Rotating Food Products Properly
Assisting in Food Prep Assignments During Off Peak Periods
Closing the Kitchen Properly and Following Closing Checklist
Attending Scheduled Employee Meetings and Bringing Suggestions for Improvement
Clear Communication With Managers, Kitchen, and Dining Room Personnel
Physical Ability to Reach, Bend, Stoop, Lift Up to 40 Pounds, and Stand for Long Periods of Time
