Requirements:

· Assist with processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.

· Data entry into Sage 300 & Paperless software’s.

· Assists with recording all accounts payable transactions.

· Interact with subcontractors & respond to all subcontractor inquiries.

· Reconcile vendor statements, research, and correct discrepancies.

· Assist in month end closing.

· Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted.

Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Table-

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence & memos.
• Previous experience in accounting with a construction company preferred.
• Previous experience with Sage 300 and paperless accounting software’s.
• Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and excellent time management skills.
• Excellent communicator-able to work as a team member and provide support to staff.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
