We are currently looking for a Sales Manager that is safety conscious and is willing to learn and grow with the organization. The incumbent must be willing to work non-traditional hours .
Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
- Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and customer needs
- Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate performance and adjust strategies as needed
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure alignment of sales effort
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical sales or a related field
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Strong knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer preference
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and drive results
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure contracts
