Grow client base by cold calling and utilizing databases to the fullest extend necessary to drive revenue
Quote, size and book projected crane operations from customers.
Make sure all successfully bid jobs have specific lift plans and rigging sized for the project.
Communicate with dispatch about estimated job dates and equipment availability.
Communicate with customers about upcoming project with details.
Follow up with customer after projects are completed, to ensure all paperwork has been correctly filled out and project is ready for billing. Follow up should also include a job review to ensure we are meeting and exceeding the expectations of the client with respect to safety and performance.
Maintain good feedback to the management staff about future, current and past project progresses.
5 year in outside sales with knowledge of industry
