Ultimate Staffing is working with a non-profit organization in the Annapolis area seeking a permanent Administrative Assistant to join their team!

100% in office in Annapolis, MD

Monday - Friday 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

$45,000 - $52,000 dependent on experience

Responsibilities include :

Answering phones and transferring to the correct department.

Greeting visitors and excorting them to conference room.

Log and distribute office mail.

Ordering office supplies and maintain office budget.

Update and maintain the database of memberships.

Assist in the planning for events and trainings.

Assist in administrative projects for all 5 departments.

Requirements :

Previous experience in an office based role.

Warm and engaging personality.

Ability to meet deadlines.

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom
