ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TO DESIGN TEAM

Our award-winning Annapolis based Interior Design firm is currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to work with a talented team of designers. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. He/she will assist interior designers with project management, pricing and paperwork. He/she will be able to communicate clearly to resolve customer service issues with clients and vendors in a timely manner. Must have exceptional interpersonal skills, be expeditious, well organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. High School diploma, required. Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
