Administrative Assistant for a large 55 and over Annapolis HOA to work with IT support, security, colendar mangement and other office duties. Must have good computer skills. M-F, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Benefits.
Collect advertisements and checks for the Harbour Lights newsletter. Record in both an Excel spreadsheet and enter payments in QuickBooks.
Collect articles from residents for the Harbour Lights newsletter – enter in Word or Excel.
Submit and work with Desktop Publishing (Candace) in developing the monthly Harbour Lights.
Order all supplies for the office through Staples Commercial account – paper, pens, etc.
Maintain the Association’s website working with the chartered committees and the registered groups authorized by the Board of Directors to use the Association’s communication facilities.
Backup to “Services” for notices placed on My Green Condo and HHTV
Responsible for correspondence from the Association’s President and General Manager.
Prepare and copy the monthly agenda for the Board of Director’s meetings.
Prepare and submit for recording all changes to the Policy and Administrative Resolutions approved by the Board of Directors.
Assist registered activities with submitting liquor license applications to the AA County Liquor Board.
Submit applications for liquor license for Chartered Committees. Work with the Clubhouse Dining Room Contractor in obtaining the annual liquor license to sell alcohol at the Clubhouse.
All other duties assigned.
