Managing partner, Marysabel Rodriguez-Nanney, is a talented and well-respected attorney with more than twenty years of experience tackling challenging immigration issues and producing impressive outcomes.

In addition to immigration law, the firm also handles a small variety of other casework in the areas of traffic violations, DUI defense, criminal defense, and domestic law. We are experienced representing clients before US Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Baltimore Immigration Court, the Board of Immigration Appeals, the Asylum Office, as well as state courts throughout the state of Maryland. Our entire staff is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Legal Assistant

Rodriguez-Nanney, P.A. is interested in hiring a Legal Administrative Assistant with some knowledge of legal work. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required. High school diploma required.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer a multi-line telephone system and screen calls
  • Answer questions for clients and refer to the proper person if necessary
  • Assist in general administrative duties as needed
  • File, organize, scan and fax legal documents in a timely manner
  • Correspond with courts and other attorneys as needed
  • Collaborate with other projects

Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
