Title: Senior Product Manager (ERP)

Location: Washington, D.C.Salary: Competitive salary and benefits package based on qualifications; classified as full-time salaried; exempt and not eligible for overtime.Reports to: Emily Grayson, Vice President of Operations & Chief of Staff

Position Overview 

Tuckernuck is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to drive technical solutions for the company and improve efficiency across the organization. You will lead the end-to-end success of projects from discovery to launch, and post-launch optimization. We are in a high-growth phase and you will get to lead and oversee significant initiatives for the company. For example, we are starting the process to implement a new ERP system to help us scale and keep up with our exponential growth. This would be a major, highly-visible initiative that you will own and execute. A successful Senior Product Manager will be motivated by the interplay of business, technology, and user experience, and able to move fluidly between high-level strategic thinking and the complexity that comes with implementing and maintaining an efficient ERP system. This role will require a collaborative mindset that is able to influence decisions cross-functionally and be able to relay appropriate information to the stakeholders within Planning, Logistics, Merchandising, and Finance.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop the strategy and roadmap for an ERP implementation and migration, driving alignment with cross-functional stakeholders on priorities and approach, and answer clarifying questions as needed.
  • Scope projects and build and prioritize requirements in the form of user stories with acceptance criteria, then work with external engineering and UAT teams to successfully execute those projects.
  • Work closely with other product management teams to understand cross-product integration and cross-region needs of the ERP internally.
  • Leverage users’ feedback, usage analytics, and product intelligence to inform product development decisions and roadmap.
  • Define problems and possible solutions clearly, solicit feedback, and revise.
  • Serve as the ERP product and capability expert to stakeholders across the organization and assist in the establishment and review of operating procedures related to the technical requirements or constraints of products.
    • Conduct ERP training with internal team members as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, communicating development status and progress towards committed milestones.
  • Track product performance against KPIs and collect usage analysis and users’ feedback to inform product development plans
  • Act as a critical escalation point to help Planning, Logistics, Merchandising, and Finance teams conduct their day-to-day business.

Minimum Qualifications 

  • 5 years of product management experience.
  • Complete knowledge of ERP-related products, services, and products.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities 

  • Demonstrated history in managing complex projects, with an acute attention to quality
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and well versed in technical project management 
  • Proven track record of successful program deployments with quantifiable results where you operated in a leadership role.
  • Familiarity with PCI & web accessibility principles, practices, and testing
  • Passionate about technology and actively look at emerging trends that can enhance the experiences will deliver in the future
  • Experience guiding cross-functional teams, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all seniority levels.
  • Must have strong communication skills.
  • Must be able to grow and cultivate strong working relationships with key vendors in order to help scale the business.
  • Ability to combine an analytical mindset, creativity, and an entrepreneurial drive to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement them effectively.
  • A great level of desire to teach, coach, and develop others.
  • Be an active team player and believe that “no task is too small” for the benefit of the greater good.
