Title: Growth Marketing Associate, Paid Media 

Location: Washington, D.C.Salary: Competitive salary and benefits package based on qualifications; classified as full-time salaried; exempt and not eligible for overtime.Reports to: Caroline Volz, Director of Growth Marketing Travel: Occasional travel may be required 

Position Overview 

Tuckernuck is looking for a dynamic and multifaceted candidate adept in various aspects of digital marketing and campaign management. The role requires a blend of strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate should be proactive in communication, capable of tracking and analyzing performance data, and adept at coordinating with different teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies. 

Core Responsibilities

Campaign Planning

  • Manage and update monthly editorial campaign briefs, including product selections and information, ensuring consistent communication and updates across Merchandising and Marketing departments.
  • Oversee product delivery status, acting as the main point of contact between Merchandising, Private Label, and Third-Party Buying teams, to monitor and communicate product arrival updates.
  • Maintain the Marketing Calendar and Key Item Tracker, incorporating product delivery status, last year's data, campaign adjustments, and real-time sales data, ensuring accurate marketing exposure planning.
  • Prepare comprehensive Marketing Campaign Briefs and manage Campaign Boards, focusing on key campaign details, product selections, due dates, and visual continuity across marketing activations.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental alignment on key product shifts, and organize product selections by month to support effective campaign planning and execution.

Paid Media

  • Oversee weekly content submissions for media agency, ensuring all assets are prepared, submitted on time, and meet quality standards, while also liaising with agency representatives and managing asset tests.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to introduce new content, manage product information, and communicate updates on advertising strategies and landing page optimizations.
  • Provide reporting support, assisting with the integration of asset screenshots and performance data into various recap reports, and eventually taking full responsibility for TikTok and Pinterest channel reporting.
  • Manage Pinterest content creation and platform management, including collaboration with Growth and Retention Marketing teams, developing content aligned with current campaigns, researching trends, and monitoring performance.
  • Support TikTok content development by staying informed on trends, assisting with video concepting and production, managing project timelines, and coordinating final content approvals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years of relative experience

  • Digital Marketing: Understanding of various digital marketing strategies, including paid media, email, and SMS marketing.
  • Project Management: Understanding of project management principles and practices to manage multiple campaigns and tasks efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with teams and partners.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data to draw insights and make informed decisions.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to creatively address challenges and adapt strategies as 
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and market trends.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail in monitoring campaigns, analyzing data, and managing marketing assets.
