This position will periodically be required to be on-site at the AIA Headquarters in Washington, D.C.

Job Summary
Reporting to the Senior Director, Professional Practice Programs on the Research & Practice team, the Sr. Manager is primarily responsible for providing project management support for firm prosperity at architecture firms. Primarily, this role helps expand access to architecture practice tools and resources, advance firm benchmarking, and foster productive partnerships.
In order to facilitate the advancement of the profession, as well as growth of AIA's existing products and services, the Sr. Manager is responsible for managing the development of cross-organizational resources and the coordinating educational content for real time and on-demand AIA settings. The Sr. Manager connects firm leaders to AIA data on firm prosperity and serves as the primary point of contact for the volunteer, consultant, and others that would contribute to the creation of or access to these firm resources.This role will work closely with volunteers to leverage industry expertise for the development of resources.
