Trelevate is revolutionizing the way sales teams and businesses interact by turning every transaction into a relationship. We are actively seeking a high energy individual who has the flexibility and the drive to work between the recruiting team and Human Resources/Onboarding. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, loves talking to people, and has either had some sales or interest in a recruiting career. We are a sales company, and we will be looking for an ambitious individual who is ready to learn and thrive.
WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?
Utilize all hiring platforms to source and evaluate candidates (i.e. really, ZipRecruiter, Monster, Job Target etc.)
Find innovative ways to reach out to candidates and gauge their level of interest (i.e. Social Media, E-Mail, Telephone, etc.)
Conduct thorough and comprehensive phone interviews with applicants who are interested.
Build strong relationships with potential candidates and keep them updated throughout the hiring process.
Ensure success by communicating openly with your team and addressing all issues as they arise.
Update the applicant tracking system and Manager Interview Schedule throughout each day.
Must be willing to work flexible hours Monday -Friday on Central/EST time zones.
YOU ARE A GREAT FIT IF:
Desire to build relationships with applicants looking to make a job/career change.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive (i.e. Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.)
Familiar with Calendly and Canva
Must be willing to be on camera for panel Interviews to give presentations
Comfortable initiating phone calls with potential candidates.
Sales experience preferred
Enjoy working with a team to achieve collective as well as individual goals.
Aspiration to grow within our company and receive unlimited earning potential.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Desire to work a remote schedule virtually on EST/Central Time Hours
