Responsibilities includes but are not limited to:
- Manage the recruitment processes. π
- Review the job descriptions of the positions to be selected together with the respective Manager.
- Write and publish the job offers according to the description and the Manager's comments.
- Conduct the curricular screening and telephone and face-to-face interviews to assess the suitability of the candidates' profile. π
- Administer psychometric (personality, intelligence...) and technical tests to evaluate the skills and fit of the candidates with the position.
- Manage the process and documentation associated with the employee's registration in the company's management system, collaborating with the other areas involved (labor, health and safety, systems...). ππ
- Perform all those tasks entrusted by his immediate manager both associated with his area and linked to other departments to ensure the proper development of the work.
Must have: βοΈ
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree. Specific training in Human Resources is a plus.
- Previous experience of at least 3 years in recruitment process, with experience in industrial and technological environments being an asset.
